Ep. 62 Fall Fashion and Remembering 9/11

It’s not easy doing a lighthearted show on the 10th Anniversary of 9/11. So the gang at Gay Sunday Brunch take a little time at the beginning of the show so share memories, then quickly get on with being their fabulous and entertaining selves.

The main topic of the week is fall fashion. We’re lucky this week to chat with Armani Exchange denim designer, Andrew Shirk. Andrew gives us the lowdown on hot looks for fall and gives great tips for guys looking to stay fashionable with the change of seasons.

Then it’s a fun talk with our good buddy and regular contributor, Itay Hod. Itay recently wrote a great piece for The Daily Beast about Grindr going straight. He’ll shed a little light, and as usual, have a little fun when he talks with our own Jim Ver Steeg. Speaking of Grindr, you simply don’t want to miss our Grindr Guy of the Week. Did we mentions leather is hot this fall?

Finally, a big thanks to our friend Eric Himan for giving us his song “You First” to share in this week’s Singers & Storytellers. He donates the song in memory of 9/11.

So sit back, enjoy the show, and remember to take a minute to remember all the lives lost, touched and forever changed by the attacks of September 11, 2001. Our hearts and love go out to everyone as we mark this sad but important anniversary.
