Regular
listeners will notice this week’s episode has a much different sound
than other episodes. That’s because we’re recording LIVE from the ImageOut Film Festival in Rochester, New York.
Dubbed
by many as the “Gay Sundance,” ImageOut attracts LGBT filmmakers from
around the world to show. Joining us on today’s show are two of gay
cinema’s most successful movie-makers, Jesse Archer and Casper Andreas.
They’re in town to show their new film, Violet Tendencies starring Mindy Cohn. Audiences will remember Mindy from her role as Natalie on “Facts of Life.”
Be sure to check out ways you can support Jesse and Casper’s film at kickstarter.com. It’s up to us to support the arts!
Also joining us at the Equal Grounds Coffee House is our ace reporter, Matt Molloy.
Matt and Jim chat about current events and some of the new developments
around the anti-gay bullying that has been making the news.
So pour yourself a steaming cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy the show.
